Our Pricing Policy The rates listed below are our exclusive long-duration base prices, representing the minimum daily charge for extended itineraries. To provide the best value for your journey across the Northeast, we offer discounted daily rates for longer travel plans. Please note that for shorter travel durations, the daily rate increases based on the vehicle category and specific route requirements.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon the receipt of 30% advance payment of the total estimated trip cost.
Pricing Policy: The rates displayed on our fleet page are exclusive base rates for long-duration travel.
For shorter travel durations, a higher daily rate will apply based on the vehicle category.
Final quotes are calculated based on your specific itinerary and total travel days.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared on the first day of travel or 24 hours before the trip ends.
Mode of Payment: We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash.
Cancellation Policy: * Cancellations made 10 days before the trip are eligible for a refund (minus bank processing fees).
No-shows or last-minute cancellations within 48 hours of the trip will result in forfeiture of the advance.
